Arrival of Our First Fellow on the BIOTIN Project

We are excited to announce the start of our Horizon-MSCA COFUND project, with the arrival of our first fellow, Mustafa Titiz, who officially began his journey with us in October 2023.

Mustafa will be leading research on an innovative project titled “Organoid-based On-chip Disease Models”, which aims to advance the understanding of complex disease mechanisms and provide new avenues for medical research and treatment. His research is supervised by Assoc. Prof. Sinan Güven from the Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center, with co-supervision from Assoc. Prof. Bora Garipcan (BOUN) and Assoc. Prof. Cumhur Tekin (IZTECH).

As the first fellow in our Horizon-MSCA COFUND project, Mustafa will benefit from a collaborative environment that spans multiple prestigious institutions and research centers. His work will contribute to the development of cutting-edge biomedical technologies and pave the way for future discoveries in healthcare and personalized medicine.

This project, supported by the TUBİTAK Horizon Europe and MSCA programs, promotes scientific excellence and international collaboration. We are excited to support Mustafa and look forward to seeing the impact his research will make.
